Port Fairy Folk Festival
Blues & Roots Radio returned to the Port Fairy Folk Festival for LIVE broadcasts in 2019, this was our fourth visit to one of Australia's premier festivals. We brought live shows and interviews with many of the artists performing all weekend long, the Blues & Roots Radio Team in Australia had a fabulous weekend of fun and entertainment.
A big thank you to the organizing committee for inviting us back and facilitating our broadcasts.
The Port Fairy Folk Festival was established in 1977. Since that date it has grown to become one of the most regarded festivals both in Australia and on the international festival network. The festival has won numerous awards and has been inducted into the Australian National Tourism Hall of Fame.
Before the festival we published an article giving an overview of our experience at Port Fairy
